Calling this hair “out there” is putting it lightly. But it works good for fantasy type sims, and I bet it will look awesome on mermaids when Island Paradise comes out. It’s an older mesh (one of Newsea’s first TS3 meshes, I think) so it’s not perfect, but I did the best I could with it. The controls especially are not perfect at all, the roots don’t work very well, but god this hair was a mess to work with.

Pooklet’s textures, Anubis’ EA control maps. All ages, female only.

Hair! I was trawling for a completely different hair and found this one. It’s pretty nice and I don’t think I’ve seen it retextured before.

I alpha-edited it a little bit to remove some of the extra loose strands, though some of the ones on the right got kept because they were hiding a pretty gross bald spot.

Pooklet’s textures and Anubis’ EA control maps. All ages, both genders. Toss the “m” file if you don’t want it for your guys!

WIP round two! I got the shortened alpha on, what do you think? I’m having mixed feelings. I like the idea of it being short, it looks more like the original TS2 hair this is based on and ~~shamelessly has the textures yanked from~~, but the TS3 mesh is showing more transparency than the TS2 one. I’m going to take another look and see if I can reduce it, but I might not have much success.

Thoughts? Would you prefer the longer version, or does the short one look okay?
